WaySavia Pro is a subscription billed through Stripe. Cancel from Profile → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Contact hello@waysavia.com or open a support case with your account email and reason. We review requests case by case and may issue partial or full refunds through Stripe when appropriate.

EU/UK consumers

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from digital content contracts within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use Pro features (AI itineraries, route tools, etc.) immediately after purchase, you may lose the withdrawal right once performance has begun, as permitted by applicable law. To exercise withdrawal before use, email hello@waysavia.com within 14 days of subscribing.

Taxes

When Stripe Tax is enabled, applicable VAT or sales tax may appear at checkout. Prices on our pricing page are shown before tax unless stated otherwise.
