DMCA Copyright Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
Scope
WaySavia is a private travel planning tool. Users store their own trip content and may share read-only links with people they choose. If we introduce public user-generated content in the future, this policy will govern copyright complaints for that material.
Designated agent
Send DMCA notices to legal@waysavia.com. Include: identification of the work, the material and its URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, reply to our notice with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant seeks a court order.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright when public content features are enabled.
